Stephen Teodecki

Mr. Teodecki co-leads JEN’s Central Texas land efforts focused on Austin. He has over 20 years of residential real estate experience leading the acquisition, development, strategic positioning and operations of more than 150 first-time buyer neighborhoods, 200 move-up communities and 30 age-restricted master plans. Prior to starting a residential development partnership Mr. Teodecki served as PulteGroup’s Central Area Regional President from 2014 – 2022 during which he had over $1.7B in assets under management generating over 41,000 home closings and $12.9B in revenue. While with PulteGroup Mr. Teodecki held several other formative leadership roles including Central Texas Division President and Texas Area Vice President of Finance.

Steve graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Teodecki proudly serves on the National Angels advisory council assisting in the NFP’s mission to mentor and serve children, youth and families in the foster care community.
