Mr. Yaap joined JEN in 2026, and is responsible for researching and underwriting investment opportunities. He previously worked as a Summer Analyst in the Mortgage Broker Division of Northmarq in Houston.
Morgan is a graduate of the University of Texas A&M, having received degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Mays Business School.
