Artur Kilerciyan

Mr. Kilerciyan joined JEN Partners in 2022 and is part of the tax team responsible for fund tax strategy and implementation. Prior to joining JEN, Mr. Kilerciyan was a Senior Tax Manager with the Real Estate Services Group at Eisner Advisory Group LLC (formerly Imowitz Koenig & CO., LLP) for 10 years. Prior to Eisner, he was a Tax Manager at CBIZ Mahoney Cohen for 5 years. He has an extensive taxation background in partnerships, REITs, real estate funds, rental real estate owner-operators, hotels, closely held corporations, S-Corporations and high net worth individuals.

Mr. Kilerciyan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and received his B.S. in Accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College
