Koby DuMont

Mr. DuMont leads JEN’s Tennessee land efforts, overseeing all land acquisition and development activities across the state. He brings over a decade of experience in residential land development, having previously led expansion efforts and operational oversight in Tennessee and Alabama for Safe Harbor Residential. Prior to joining JEN, he held leadership roles at LGI Homes and Goodall Homes, where he was instrumental in strategic land positioning, market growth, and division management. Koby holds a Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
